3 Colors Stack Flexo Printing Machine for Labels is equipped with an independent UV drying system, embossing technology, achieving ±0.1mm high-precision registration and 80 m/min high-speed production. It supports printing on multiple materials such as glassine substrates with films (BOPP/PET/PE), self-adhesive labels,papers and paper cup. It has automatic tension controller which can print by water based ink and UV ink.

Description

Independent UV drying system: Each printing station is equipped with a dedicated UV dryer, and the UV lamp is 90% more energy-efficient than traditional systems, reducing standby power consumption.

Rotary flexographic technology: The central impression cylinder provides 360° uniform pressure, minimizes vibration, and improves registration accuracy.

Quick-change cylinder system: The downtime for job switching is reduced to 15 minutes, and gear drive is used to ensure smooth ink transfer.

Registration accuracy of ±0.1mm.
